Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Room Roster mobile application ("App") operated by Illuminated Infinity AB ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the App.
1. License
In accordance with these Terms, we grant you a comprehensive, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to utilize the App for both personal and commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Illuminated Infinity AB and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Sweden and foreign countries.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
